**Due to a change made by Microsoft to the default time allowed for a .net application to startup (it was decreased from 1 minute to 30 seconds). In some environments, LabStats cannot start in time and essentially times out. There are a couple of ways to resolve this issue. We can send you a file to update your registry entries to change the time limit back to 1 minute (this will affect the time allowed for all .net applications to startup), or you can set your LabStats Client service startup type to Automatic (Delayed Start). Contact support for more information.
Please make sure these are run from an admin Command Prompt.
- Install the LabStats MSI to a custom location:
msiexec /qn /i C:\LabStatsMSIWrapper.msi INSTALLDIR=”C:\Program Files\LabStatsCustomPath”
- Install the LabStats MSI where the services start immediately:
msiexec /qn /i C:\Users\jeff\Downloads\LabStatsGO-7.17.706.0.msi STARTSERVICE=1
- Install the LabStats.exe client silently:
“c:\downloads\LabStatsGO-7.17.706.0.exe” –mode unattended (change the path to wherever the .exe file is located)
- Run the LabStats cleaner silently:
“c:\downloads\LabStatsCleaner.exe” –mode unattended (change the path to wherever the .exe file is located)
- Install the LabStats client silently:
sudo installer -package “/Full/Path/To/ LabStatsClientInstaller-6.17.621.0.pkg” -target / (change the path to wherever the .pkg file is located)
- Uninstall the native Mac Client:
sudo installer -package “/Full/Path/To/ LabStatsClientUninstaller.pkg” -target / (change the path to wherever the .pkg file is located)
All of the Installers and Uninstallers can be found in the LabStats Portal by navigating to Admin, then clicking Client Downloads.
