We want to ensure you get the most out of LabStats. We offer training, technical support and consulting services at no additional charge.

Individual and Team Training

If you need a refresher on how to run reports or would like to get the rest of your team up to speed, we offer training and tutorials at no additional cost. Training sessions are customized to fit your interests and questions, and usually include a screen share and video chat.

Consulting Services

Are you working on a complex challenge at your university or college? If you think LabStats usage data may be able to help, but you’re not sure where to start or what’s possible, you may be a good candidate for consulting services.

Our product development team takes on a limited number of consulting clients each quarter. They listen to your challenges and needs, scope out a project-specific to your university’s environment, gather and analyze relevant data sets from your LabStats instance, and present findings back to you in a friendly format, or even partner with you to co-present the findings to your stakeholders.
