In LabStats, a user has uniquely identifiable login credentials. Users will be automatically added to LabStats the first time they login to a tracked computer.
User Manager
The User Manager (Navigate to Users, then click Manager) displays a list of user statistics based on the time period or date selected (Click on the date or navigate to Admin, then click Settings. Click Login Summary Settings).
Importing Assigned Names
If you need to change the names listed for users, you can do so with a spreadsheet import. This can be used to better identify users or to further obfuscate the data. Navigate to Admin > Custom Data Imports > Import Assigned Names. Follow the instructions found on this page to upload an XLSX spreadsheet with the current username in column A and the new assigned one in column B.
