LabStats has many reports that can be used to pull data. We have broken them into four categories – Login Reports, Application Reports, Computer Reports, and Miscellaneous Reports. You’ll find the reports listed by category below. Selecting a report from the list will give more information about it.
Login Reports
Login Summary by User — Shows a list with login and usage statistics for the users, user tags, or user tag groups that meet the selected criteria.
Login Summary by Computer — Shows a list with login and usage statistics for the computers, computer tags, or computer tag groups that meet the selected criteria.
Login Summary by Group — Shows a list with login and usage statistics for the computer groups that meet the selected criteria.
Login Sessions — Shows a list of all individual login sessions that meet the selected criteria.
Active Session History — Displays a graph that shows active sessions for the selected tags/groups at the beginning of the selected time interval.
Average Login History — Displays a chart with the average number of logins during the selected date range for the selected interval.
Average Usage History by Week — Displays a chart showing the average utilization percentage of the selected computers for each day of the week for the selected date range.
Average Usage History by Day — Displays a chart showing the average utilization percentage of the selected computers for every fifteen minutes of the day, for the selected date range.
Usage History — Displays a graph showing computer utilization by group, computer tag, or computer tag group.
Peak Usage History — Displays a graph showing the highest number of computers in-use at the same time.
Login History — Displays a graph showing the number of logins for the time period and groups selected.
User History — Displays a graph showing a historical timeline displaying the number of unique users who logged in for the groups/tags selected.
Application Reports
Application Summary — Displays a list showing usage data for the selected applications.
Application Launch History — Displays a graph showing the total usage time for the selected applications.
Application Usage History — Displays a list showing a historical timeline displaying application utilization based on the chosen schedule.
Application Sessions — Displays a list showing each session usage data for the selected applications, groups, and users.
Computer Reports
Inventory Breakdown — Displays a list showing computers categorized by various hardware-related attributes.
Power Sessions — Displays a list showing session information for the selected computers/groups.
Miscellaneous Reports
Point in Time — Displays a list showing all sessions occurring at a specific point in time.
